A man has been hospitalized after being pulled from a lake in Stow on Saturday morning, officials said.
Emergency crews responding to a report of a man who had fallen into Lake Boon around 11:30 a.m. learned the man could no longer be seen above the water, according to a joint statement issued by Interim Fire Chief Barry Evers and Police Chief Michael Sallese.
Police and fire personnel helped a bystander to pull the 70-year-old Stow man from the water and began administering CPR.
The man was transported by Patriot Ambulance to a local hospital. His current condition is unknown.
