Vehicle trapped in floodwater near Fashion Valley Mall

SAN DIEGO — Crews are working to rescue at least one person inside a vehicle trapped in floodwater near Fashion Valley Mall.

San Diego Fire-Rescue Department officials received a call just before 5 p.m. about a vehicle trapped near Avenida Del Rio near Camino De La Reina.
