Authorities have provided an update on the man and woman who were found fatally shot on the 13th floor of the Moxy Hotel in Boston on Monday afternoon. The bodies of a man, 43, and a woman, 25, were discovered in a room at the hotel and both had suffered bullet wounds, according to the Suffolk District Attorney’s Office. Their names have not been released. A firearm was recovered at the scene. The incident remains under investigation. (CNN) —  The US Food and Drug Administration on Friday approved a medication called  Xolair  to help lessen the severity of an accidental allergic reaction in people who are allergic to multiple foods. Xolair, which is developed and co-promoted by Genentech and Novartis in the US, was originally approved in 2003 for the treatment of moderate to severe persistent allergic asthma in certain patients. Omalizumab, the generic name for Xolair, is given by injection in  75 mg to 600 mg  doses once every 2 or 4 weeks by a health care provider or at home through self-injection, according to Novartis. Chelmsford police officials are crediting two officers with helping to evacuate residents from a burning multi-family home early Saturday morning. Officers responding to a reported fire at 164-166 Mill Road around 3 a.m. found smoke and fire coming from the second floor of the structure, according to Police Chief Colin Spence. When they realized that some of the residents hadn’t evacuated, Officers Christopher Chipchak and Christopher Robinson entered the house and safely evacuated the remaining family members.
